ACC 660 Module Two Memo: Financial Health Report Guidelines and Rubric Prompt: For the Module Two discussion, you chose a publicly traded company and reviewed its financial statements. Use the company you chose for the discussion to complete this assignment. Imagine you are the controller of that company. Choose two ratios from each of the five measurement categories (i.e., profitability, balance sheet, growth, cash flow, performance). Perform the calculations necessary to find your company’s ratio values. Compare how your company rates in regards to the ratios of an industry top competitor. 1. How do your company’s performance ratios compare to that of the competitor? 2. Is this reason for immediate concern? 3. What can be done based on the performance ratios to improve performance? 4. Make recommendations to the CEO for any improvements. Guidelines for Submission: Your memo must be submitted as a 1- to 2-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Include an appendix with the ratio values for the competitor you have selected for comparison. The appendix, title page, and reference page are not included in the 1- to 2-page page count.
